The Spirit of Radix Bodywork

One componant of Radix work that differs from many other somatic practices, is Our eyes are a point of contact with ourselves and others. By using the eyes to deepen contact with ourselves and others, emotions are allowed to flow more freely from the body.

Why Bodywork?

For myself, I chose to begin my own Radix work because I had done years of traditional psychotherapy and had hit a wall. I knew that I had more work to do, but traditional talk therapy had not taken me to real connection with myself. Radix did that for me.

That said, psychotherapuetic bodywork is not for everyone.

It can provoke deep and long hidden emotions. While many of us can tolerate this level of work, others of us find it too disturbing.

On the other hand, it can also allow you to experience life with a profound sense of yourself and open you to an experience of living which was not available to you before.

Radix Bodywork, like most psychotherapies, is not without risk.
